Mountain House is a fairly new community in the East Bay, just north of Tracy town center, and made up of villages. As a newer planned community, Mountain House offers a variety of green spaces and parks providing lots of family recreation outdoors. The schools are considered highly rated. This area inspires more time with family and participation in local events such as outdoor concerts in the parks.

Mountain House is a suburban neighborhood of Tracy, primarily made up of medium sized to large single family detached homes. Largely owner-occupied, the supply of homes for sale in Mountain House is very low.
