We have LOVED working with Deepa! She was extremely understanding and accommodating to our multiple change of plans about where, when and what kind of house we desired. She was involved in all the conversations around the house. She understood our situation and worked tirelessly to help us make the best decision for us. She carefully LISTENED to all our comments and desires on what we wanted in a house. I think it is very important for an agent to understand what you REALLY want even if you don’t know it yourself at the moment. We relied on her expertise so she can guide us when we didn’t know what to do. On top of it all she is extremely caring and kind. She would take calls late at night and text and call whenever we needed something. She was always on top of all the tasks and everything was done super fast. She followed up and negotiated well also on our behalf. She was always respectful and kind to all our wishes and remained patient during all the changes. In summary she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. We feel like she is family now and we miss her and would love to see her more often.
